




Job Summary: We are seeking a telecom store advisor to serve and advise customers, retain existing customers, and attract new users by selling and activating telephone and fiber-optic services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and advisory support 2. Customer retention and acquisition 3. Sales and activation of telecommunications services We need someone to work in our telecom store. Your primary responsibility will be to serve and advise customers visiting the store, helping them find the solutions best suited to their needs. You will also be responsible for retaining our existing customers and attracting new users. This includes selling and activating various mobile phone plans, fiber-optic internet connections, and other bundled services we offer. Prior experience in similar roles is desirable but not strictly required. The position is part-time, with 32.5 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, covering both morning and afternoon shifts, plus Saturday mornings. Salary will comply with the General Retail Collective Agreement.
