Within the DINS Social Group, you would work at the Social Initiative Special Employment Center, a reference center in the Valencian Community committed to labor inclusion, equal opportunities, and professional development for people with disabilities.
We currently have a team of nearly 200 employees and continue growing with a people-centered model, social innovation, and continuous improvement.
Description
We seek to hire a Support Unit Technician who wishes to join an established social project with significant impact on people's lives.
Your mission will be to foster the labor, social, and personal inclusion of people with disabilities employed at our Special Employment Center, promoting their autonomy, well-being, and professional development.
You will work collaboratively with the technical team, service managers, corporate departments, and external resources, carrying out both individual and group interventions.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome and onboard new employees.
Identify needs for social, personal, and labor support.
Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Support Plans.
Facilitate workplace adaptation and job retention.
Carry out actions aimed at improving personal and labor autonomy.
Conduct periodic follow-up of employees across various workplaces.
Prepare social and technical reports.
Coordinate with social entities, public services, and community resources as needed.
Manage conflict situations and facilitate mediation processes.
Participate in health promotion, emotional well-being, and psychosocial risk prevention programs.
Collaborate on social innovation, accessibility, inclusion, and improvement of occupational quality of life projects.
Participate in preparing, monitoring, and justifying grants related to Support Units.
Record interventions and develop indicators for outcome evaluation.
Collaborate in audits, quality processes, and continuous improvement.
Required Profile
Qualifications
Preference will be given to:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy.
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Other university degrees in the social field.
Experience
Mandatory:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with people with disabilities.
Experience in Special Employment Centers, Third Sector organizations, or employment services for people with disabilities.
Particularly valued experience in:
Intellectual disability.
Physical disability.
Sensory disability.
Mental health.
Supported employment.
Sociolaboral integration pathways.
Valuable Knowledge
Regulations regarding Special Employment Centers.
Social and labor resources in the Valencian Community.
Preparation of technical reports and records.
Document management.
Gender perspective and rights of people with disabilities.
Easy-to-read materials and cognitive accessibility.
Quality management systems (ISO).
Advanced software proficiency: Office and eSidec.
