Job Summary: Technical support agent for youth employment promotion, performing measurement, verification, and updating tasks related to urban and heritage parameters at the municipal council. Youth trainees (SOC – PRACTICE PROMOTION). Beneficiaries of subsidized employment contracts must meet the following requirements: \- Be beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. \- Under 30 years of age. \- Registered as unemployed jobseekers (DONO) with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and eligible to formalize a training employment contract for professional practice at the time of signing. \- Hold a university degree qualifying them for professional practice, and meet the requirements stipulated for the training employment contract aimed at obtaining professional practice. All requirements and conditions must be verifiable on the first working day immediately preceding the start date of the contract. The technical support agent position will be located in the Technical Services Area of the Centelles Town Council (urban planning area). ✔️ Measure and verify various municipal zones: parameters of residential garages, non-urbanized zones (vacant lots), heritage assets ✔️ Update parameters (m², location, type of heritage element) ✔️ Perform other tasks assigned within this scope. * Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Science, and Territorial Planning * Bachelor's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1243 * Other relevant information: Training employment contract for professional practice acquisition. Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 15\.
