Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation projects, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Site Supervisor (Madrid).

**Responsibilities and Tasks**
----------------------
* Participate in the project by carrying out or coordinating the development of activities and installations, and assist in execution by monitoring scheduling.
* Conduct layout surveys and measurements during construction execution.
* Responsible for coordinating the on-site workforce and auxiliary resources, acting as liaison between site management and workers.
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, demonstrating ability to enforce fulfillment of their obligations.
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety measures on site, as well as quality and environmental regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, internet navigation, and email.
* Perform occasional travel assignments arising from responsibilities.

### **Education**
#### **Qualification**
* Hold a Spanish Higher Vocational Training Certificate (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in one of the following fields: Mechanical Manufacturing, Electricity and Electronics, Building and Civil Engineering, or Industrial Equipment Installation and Maintenance (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
#### **Additional Training**
* Basic Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training for Construction, minimum 20 hours. Submit diploma/certificate (assessed during technical interview)
### **Other Mandatory Requirements**
* Valid Spanish driving license type B.
* At least 6 months of experience as a civil works supervisor or in earthworks. (assessed during technical interview)

* Knowledge of contaminated soil treatment and various decontamination processes. Assessed during technical interview
* Knowledge of aggregate treatment plants or similar facilities. Assessed during technical interview
### **Prior Experience**
* Between 1 and 2 years of experience in civil works or earthworks as a supervisor, including at least 1 year in such role. (assessed during technical interview)

* Offer includes:
+ Contract: Temporary contract estimated to last 9 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 12 months, if applicable
+ Full-time working hours
