**Tasks and Qualifications:**

**Mission:**
Provide technical support and training to the external Field Service Engineers network, ensuring successful commissioning of new installations, efficient resolution of incidents, and continuous technical development of the network.
**Key responsibilities:**
* Deliver remote technical support to the Field Service Engineers network — external technicians (Distributors \& Company-owned branches).
* Perform commissioning and start-up (Start\-up \& Commissioning) of new customer installations.
* Conduct in-person and/or online technical training sessions.
* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
* Identify technical service needs and formulate proposals for improvement.
* Manage departmental administrative tasks and responsibilities.
* Collaborate with other departments to share relevant technical information, recurring incidents, and opportunities for product or process improvement.
* Participate in the development of technical or training documentation as required.
**Education, knowledge \& experience:**
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
* Minimum of 4 years’ prior experience in technical service and maintenance.
* Ability to engage in relatively complex professional workplace conversations (oral and/or written) in English.
* Solid knowledge of internal combustion engines, industrial mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is required.
* Programming knowledge is considered an advantage.
* Prior experience using MS Office.
* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is desirable.
