DESCRIPTION **Position Objective** Support the development of the Programs Directorate’s strategy and operational lines through the management of management and/or intervention projects, to enhance the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of program beneficiaries, reporting to the National Intervention Coordination or the National Intervention Manager. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support in accordance with the program’s funding grant management manual(s) and procedures. * Identify, formulate, implement, monitor, and justify area-specific projects, proposing improvements and innovation. * Prepare reports, statistical reports, and necessary documentation for service management and accountability to various funders. * Process, where required, applications for placement allocation and management within the SIRIA data tool (Information System for Programs targeting Refugees, Immigrants, and Asylum Seekers) of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, for all Organization programs. * Monitor CEARNET and Program databases. * Support the organization, validation, justification, and application of quality systems and ongoing professional and research evaluation systems, aimed at reorienting practice as well as continuously improving intervention models. * Propose improvements to procedures, methodologies, and action protocols for implementing area programs. * Apply expenditure allocation and eligibility guidelines for area grants, and provide training and monitoring to teams on changes in criteria and procedures established by the area program funder. * Develop training and methodological support materials for area teams, when required. * Support technical teams at Delegations in developing individual pathways, as well as reviewing area cases, when required. * Monitor and control the budgetary process for economic assistance management, when required. * Conduct internal audits to monitor case files at delegations, as well as support external audits of the area. * Support participation in networks, community activities, conferences, etc., to foster links among individuals, family units, and organizations. * Support logistical organization of meetings, gatherings, and training sessions held throughout the year.
