We are currently seeking a **Technical Draftsperson** to join our **Retail Design Department** at our headquarters in Sils. The selected candidate will support the development of store opening, renovation, and maintenance projects by preparing technical drawings and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with the technical and functional criteria required for the proper execution of works across our national and international locations. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and updating of technical drawings (architecture, installations, and construction details) using AutoCAD. * Development of graphical project documentation for store openings and renovations: floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. * 3D modeling of premises and stores for project coordination. * Technical support to architects and interior designers within the team during project development. * Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and installers to resolve technical queries during construction execution. * Updating *as\-built* documentation upon completion of works. * Maintenance and organization of the department’s digital archive of drawings and technical documentation. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Drafting, Building Projects, Technical Architecture, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail, construction, or interior design sectors. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Knowledge of Revit or other BIM software (highly valued). * Technical and construction knowledge: interpretation of drawings, construction systems, installations (HVAC, electricity, plumbing), building regulations, and accessibility standards. * Ability to interpret and translate technical specifications into precise graphical documentation. * User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or other graphic representation tools will be considered an asset. * High level of Spanish.
