We seek a **Real Estate Development Technician**, preferably with a background as a Technical Architect or Building Surveyor, to join our team and participate in the supervision and monitoring of WIP (Work in Progress) construction projects. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Planning, supervision, and technical control of construction projects and real estate developments. * Financial monitoring of the project: certifications, invoicing, cost control, and budget variances. * Coordination with suppliers, contractors, engineering firms, and other involved parties. * Resolution of incidents and risk management. * Ongoing communication with clients to report progress and project status. * Processing permits and handling administrative procedures with public authorities and utility providers. * Technical support to the commercial department during the pre-execution phase. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Working hours from Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday intensive schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Workplace located in Seville. * Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Professional development opportunities. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Summer reduced working hours. * Collective agreement: Administrative Management Firms. * Professional category: Contribution Group II.
