To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave seeks: **Team Leader, permanent contract, for our Teruel site** The Team Leader is responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of their assigned personnel, ensuring proper task distribution and adherence to established procedures. They must also provide operational support to the team in executing tasks, guaranteeing order, cleanliness, and appropriate storage in work areas. Within their scope of responsibility, they will lead the team, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, deadline, and safety standards, and act as a reference and primary point of support for supervised personnel. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Team planning and supervision:** plan, supervise, and coordinate the team’s daily work, assigning tasks according to individual competencies; act as an operational reference and support the team in executing activities under their responsibility. * **Warehouse organization and operations:** organize warehouses, define space allocation, and ensure efficient use thereof; guarantee proper management of daily operations and incident resolution, applying the most suitable solutions in each case. * **Order, cleanliness, and safety:** ensure cleanliness and order in work areas; comply with and enforce company safety guidelines, as well as mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Documentary and systems management:** supervise and support documentary management and control of receipts and shipments; supervise, prioritize, and support correct inbound and outbound transaction management in the company’s ERP system, ensuring traceability and data reliability. * **Regulatory compliance:** implement necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (quality, Part 145, customs, transport, etc.), reporting any anomalies or difficulties to the immediate supervisor. * **Inventory management:** manage and supervise inventories within their scope of responsibility, ensuring stock integrity and accurate material recording. * **Billing and service control:** collect necessary information for billing customer services; issue and control CQUOs corresponding to such services. * **Performance management:** lead daily SQCDP meetings; manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within their area of competence. * **People management and development:** participate in recruitment processes for their area; support team competency development, ensuring completion of mandatory training and fostering continuous improvement. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process. **Job Requirements:** A **Medium or Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Logistics or International Trade**. A Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Business Administration and Management will be valued. A minimum of **five years’ prior experience** in roles related to this position—warehouse management, logistics, or administrative and personnel management—is required, along with a **valid forklift operator license**. Operational-level office software proficiency and **intermediate English language skills**. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and effectively cooperate with diverse profiles. Leadership skills and experience managing teams. A proactive attitude, with initiative to anticipate needs and improvement opportunities, as well as the ability to identify, mediate, and resolve conflicts. Strong team spirit, with capacity to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic working environment.
