At our senior residence, we aim to hire a committed, creative, and service-oriented **Sociocultural Animation Technician (TASOC)** to join our multidisciplinary team. Main Responsibilities: * Planning, organizing, and implementing sociocultural and recreational activities. * Facilitating workshops (memory training, cognitive stimulation, crafts, music, reading, gentle exercise, etc.). * Promoting residents' active participation and emotional well-being. * Coordination with the technical team (social work, occupational therapy, nursing, etc.). * Organizing celebrations, events, and intergenerational activities. * Evaluation and follow-up of conducted activities. Requirements: * Qualification as a Sociocultural Animation Technician (TASOC) or equivalent. * Prior experience in residential care facilities or day centers is desirable. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively. * Proactive attitude, creativity, and sensitivity toward older adults.
