Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to carry out preventive or corrective actions and maintenance on air conditioning, industrial refrigeration, and low-voltage electrical systems in buildings. Key Points: 1. Maintenance of air conditioning and industrial refrigeration systems 2. Low-voltage electrical maintenance 3. Professional development with autonomy and responsibility RESPONSIBILITIES: Preventive or corrective actions and maintenance of air conditioning, industrial refrigeration, low-voltage electricity, or other systems in buildings owned by the Generalitat. MUST-HAVE: Intermediate or higher vocational training qualification (FP) in Thermal Installations, Industrial Refrigeration, Plumbing, or Electricity. DESIRED: Low-voltage installer license, Fluorinated Gas certification, Thermal Installations certification, or Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) certification. CONTRACT: Permanent WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time HOURS: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM SALARY: €2000 per month, paid in 14 installments RESPONSIBILITIES: Preventive or corrective actions and maintenance of air conditioning, industrial refrigeration, low-voltage electricity, or other systems in buildings owned by the Generalitat * Competencies / Knowledge: Autonomy, responsibility, organization, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills.
