Additionally, safeguard information, ensure data confidentiality, and maintain service continuity through the implementation of appropriate security protocols, risk controls, and contingency plans aligned with the organization’s actual needs. **Tasks and Responsibilities** * Coordinate the internal and subcontracted systems technical and support teams; define and manage the systems, network, and cloud services architecture; maintain inventories; establish policies and procedures; supervise incidents and improvement projects; manage vendors and budget; and ensure secure business connectivity and continuity. * Define and coordinate devices and their proper configuration according to work locations; establish and supervise the ICT usage policy and incident handling; maintain device and license inventories; control the departmental budget; and manage vendors. * Define and supervise security, backup, and incident recovery policies; detect and mitigate risks; control access and protect information; promote training and awareness; monitor incidents and improvement projects. * Foster a work environment that enhances performance, provide support, and encourage internal promotion to develop the necessary capabilities of team members. **Requirements** * Degree or engineering in Computer Science. * Knowledge of ICT security and systems (Nutanix, VMWare, Linux, Fortinet, SQL Server, etc.). * Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role. **What do we offer?** Job stability within a dynamic workplace committed to social inclusion, professional training opportunities, and career growth.
