This role involves both technical and organizational responsibilities, ensuring smooth communication among engineering, project management, and broader on-site teams.

* Prepare and submit commissioning plans, checklists, and protocols according to project requirements.
* Provide feedback to engineering for continuous improvement of commissioning practices.
* Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, including reports, punch lists, test results, and procedures for client handover.
* Supervise and/or conduct equipment and system testing (functional tests, performance tests, and Factory/Site Acceptance Tests — FAT/SAT).
* Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot system issues during commissioning, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
* Maintain close technical collaboration with technical leads and senior engineers to ensure uniform execution of commissioning solutions across multiple projects.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team to build technical competence.
* Actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and technical reviews.
* Ensure the commissioning phase complies with safety standards and remains continuously aligned with EHS policy.
* Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and resolutions.
* Lead the final system handover, including training the client on system operation and maintenance.
**Education, Knowledge, and Experience:**
* You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
* Experience in automation commissioning is an advantage.
* You are customer-oriented and place great importance on customer satisfaction.
* You can work autonomously, yet also express yourself confidently in a team setting.
* You have an eye for detail and place great importance on quality.
* You are a confident communicator who can express yourself fluently to both internal and external parties.
* You are proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
* You can work under pressure and meet planned deadlines.
* You are familiar with AutoCAD as a 2D design package.
* PLC knowledge is required — PLC programming is a plus.
* Knowledge of C\+\+/C\# is an advantage.
