At Erkho Sider, we are expanding our team! What profile are we looking for? We are seeking a candidate for the Supply Chain department. What will be your main responsibilities? Reporting to the Procurement Manager and working alongside the team, your key responsibilities will include: Entering purchase orders into our IT system and tracking them with suppliers. Receiving materials, obtaining and entering quality certificates into the system, etc. Monitoring stock ratios per product. Managing invoices for both procurement and maritime transportation. Receiving supplier quotations and preparing internal-format documents for analysis, as well as price comparisons (using Excel). Updating, tracking, and handling procurement logistics documentation (maritime and land-based): o Arranging loading and unloading services with our logistics providers. o Document control per contract, based on Incoterms. o Proposing procurement logistics strategies. o Tracking arrivals and coordinating priorities with colleagues. Requirements University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent; alternatively, advanced training in Logistics or International Trade. Minimum 1 year of experience in the private sector. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently. Tolerance for occasional pressure. Adaptability to change, dynamism, and agility in task execution. Solid daily proficiency in Excel. English is a plus. We offer A stable project with an indefinite-term contract.
