We are a company of innovators and problem solvers, united by **The Carrier Way** — our vision, values, and culture. **Job Mission:** The primary objective is to ensure achievement of production, quality, safety, and customer delivery targets while simultaneously fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily production activities. * Manage a direct team of 20–30 operators, ensuring their performance and development. * Ensure achievement of production, quality, on-time delivery, and safety targets in the plant. * Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as **QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control)** and lead **KAIZEN** projects. * Actively participate in daily production meetings: + Shift handover meetings with the production line team. + Cross-departmental meetings to review results and address issues. * Collaborate cross-functionally with support departments (maintenance, quality, logistics, etc.). * Proactively identify and resolve operational deviations. * Directly contribute to achieving the plant’s annual objectives through process and resource optimization. **Required Profile:** * Degree in **Industrial Technical Engineering** or equivalent. * Minimum **2–3 years’ experience in an industrial environment.** * Demonstrable experience in **team management** within a production setting. * English proficiency minimum B1 **Business Impact:** This position is critical to ensuring operational efficiency in fancoil production, adherence to quality standards, and timely customer delivery.
