Job Summary: We are seeking a Home Help Service Supervisor for Cantabria, responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the delivery of the service. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and make decisions. **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a professional with experience in social services management as a **Home Help Service Supervisor for Cantabria.** This person will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the delivery of the service, ensuring its proper implementation, compliance with quality standards, and respect for users' rights. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating human, technical, and financial resources of the service; supervising the technical project; maintaining ongoing communication with the Administration; and preparing reports, records, and quality indicators. Additionally, this role will lead staff selection processes for the service, monitor cases handled, propose improvements and modifications when necessary, and ensure the service operates effectively.
