Customer orientation and achievement of commercial objectives At Gasco, we seek a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our store in Vilanova i la Geltrú, ensuring smooth store functioning, excellent customer service, and effective team coordination. The selected candidate will supervise daily store activities, organize team tasks, maintain store order and visual presentation, and provide support in sales, restocking, and customer service whenever necessary. They will also play a key role in monitoring commercial objectives, ensuring proper product display, and resolving operational incidents. Demonstrable prior experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role is required, including direct team management and responsibility for daily store operations. Retail sector experience, leadership ability, scheduling and vacation planning skills, sales performance tracking, adherence to internal protocols, and strong customer and objective-oriented mindset are highly valued. * Higher Vocational Training (FP) Diploma * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: We seek a responsible, organized, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable individual, accustomed to working in public-facing roles and managing teams within a dynamic retail environment.
