**Solids Facilitator** Within the Aseptic and Oral Operations Production structure, reporting directly to the Head of Tablet Production, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our product quality standards, as well as achieving the required productivity level to meet customer demand and safeguarding the safety of our colleagues—with a primary focus on patient health. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Ensure supply of tablets at appropriate quality and cost levels, supporting adaptation of production activities to the supply demand plan. * Guarantee quality standards and compliance with EU and FDA GMP regulations, aligned with corporate and local quality standards. Manage events and deviations related to the manufacturing process. * Develop, review, and approve documentation associated with equipment and/or control system lifecycle, as well as production and/or cleaning processes—as equipment/process owner (user requirements, risk assessments, protocols, procedures, etc.). * Drive continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and production capacity. Promote initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact of processes. * Contribute to defining a training concept for production personnel. * Establish measures to ensure a safe working environment. * Participate in inspections and audits. * Participate in multidisciplinary working groups. **Profile \& Requirements:** * University degree in health sciences, chemistry, or engineering. * Fluent English, both spoken and written. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role, preferably in solid dosage form manufacturing. * Knowledge of MES systems. * In-depth knowledge of international GMP regulations (EuGMP, CFDA). A highly adaptable individual with rapid learning capability.
