We are seeking a professional in the field of social work to carry out comprehensive activities in Alcalá de Guadaira. The selected candidate will have the primary mission of upholding the institution's principles, respecting its code of conduct, and contributing to maintaining its good reputation. Key responsibilities will include promoting volunteer participation, supporting institutional campaigns, and managing technical relationships with external stakeholders to foster collaboration with key local actors. Additionally, the candidate must apply the established intervention methodology, identify operational needs, and participate in developing territorial programming aligned with defined indicators. They will be responsible for implementing operational projects and collecting data for proper monitoring, as well as managing budgetary control and providing technical training support to other teams. Specifically, they will develop programs to promote equal opportunities for individuals in situations of vulnerability, carrying out comprehensive interventions and coordinating referrals with social services. They will also support resolution of incidents, stimulate volunteer participation, and maintain coordination with other social welfare programs and centers. The position requires availability to work either part-time or full-time, depending on project needs.
