What will your responsibilities be? * Identify the personal and social needs of service users and promote actions to address those needs. * Develop the Personalized Intervention Plan (PIP), aiming to foster the social inclusion of participants. * Conduct case follow-up and support for service users, ensuring achievement of established objectives through individual and group interventions. * Prepare social reports for individuals receiving services. What do we offer? * Start in August 2026\. * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time working schedule of 37\.5 hours/week. * Workplace: Castellón Province. * Gross annual remuneration of €25,800. * Social benefits: 24 vacation days plus 4 personal days. Special working schedules during: Summer, Easter Week, Christmas, and Local Festival Week. **Profile:** Requirements for this position are: * University degree in Social Work. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Worker with vulnerable groups. * Valid professional registration. * Class B driving license. * Competencies: People orientation, Emotional management and self-control, Teamwork, Planning and organization. * Orientation towards vulnerability. We will value positively: * Training or certification in Valencian language. * Knowledge of foreign languages: English, French and/or Arabic. * Being employed staff or an active volunteer of the Red Cross, or belonging to any of the vulnerable population groups covered by the Red Cross Employment Plan. * Applications from CRE personnel will be positively considered.
