We are looking for a **Social Worker** to join our team at a **community dining hall** located at **Travesía Juan Francisco, 6, Carabanchel**. **Job Conditions:** * **Work Schedule:** Part-time (20 hours per week). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **10:00 to 14:00**. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Start Date:** Immediate. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct social follow-up of the dining hall's beneficiaries. * Prepare social reports. * Manage referrals to specialized resources and services. * Support the organization and implementation of the community dining hall's activities. * Coordinate with the team to provide comprehensive support to service users. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Social Work. * Ability to organize and manage cases. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities. * Prior experience in social intervention with vulnerable individuals and knowledge of the social resources network will be valued.
