Job Summary: Social worker for social and family support, interdisciplinary coordination, development of individualized programs, and support in adaptation and integration processes. Support in adaptation, social and community integration Social worker position in Carrión de los Céspedes (Sevilla). Duties include social and family support for residents, assistance during admissions, coordination with the interdisciplinary team, and participation in the center council. Individualized care programs are also developed; counseling and support are provided during the process of social and community adaptation and integration, as well as during family bereavement. Additionally, participation in interdisciplinary meetings ensures comprehensive care. A temporary employment contract is offered, estimated to last 90 days, with a part-time morning schedule of 22 hours per week. Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 to 14:00, and Wednesdays from 17:30 to 19:30\. The monthly salary is 1693 euros. This contract is eligible for points in the SAS.
