To this end, they conduct needs assessments based on individual cases, focusing on strengthening individuals’ ability to face and overcome diverse difficulties or challenges.* **Responsibilities:** * Manage accommodation placements and carry out intake at the facility, explain the program, and complete initial procedures with beneficiaries. * Manage the Program’s financial assistance in coordination with the Social Education and Administration departments, ensuring proper compliance with eligibility requirements and maintaining appropriate verification sources and documentation for disbursement of such financial aid. * Carry out administrative and documentary procedures in coordination with external resources and jointly with the beneficiary. * Prepare social reports and any other documents required for effective program management. * Support the educational team in conflict situations and in developing intervention plans. * Support the design, planning, and delivery of group workshops aimed at acquiring personal and social skills, as well as new learning about integration into the host society, in coordination with Social Education and other professional areas. * Establish local networks and coordination mechanisms to foster the real integration of beneficiaries by involving them in available resources and promoting their community participation. * Serve as a primary professional for communication and coordination with the supervision team from the local site. * Prepare beneficiaries for transition to the autonomy phase. * Identify and refer to external resources. * Attend team meetings to ensure smooth activity implementation: coordinate follow-up of individual pathways and required interventions across cross-cutting areas, supported by supervision from Central Office (OC). * Accompany home visits coordinated with other professional areas, serving as the reference Social Education figure in these visits. * Identify and refer to external resources. * Perform tasks assigned by local coordination. * Record interventions and documentation in designated tools. * Carry out other duties assigned according to the center’s and/or service’s needs. **Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar functions * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with professional registration * Working hours: 19.5 hours/week * Contract type: Permanent * Applicable collective agreement: National Social Action and Intervention Agreement 2022\-2024 (GROUP 1\) * Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00–20:00 * Work locations are in Benicàssim and Castellón ***At Diaconia, we are committed to creating equitable, inclusive, and fair workplaces.
