Job Summary: Supporting neighborhood communities to improve coexistence, manage conflicts, and promote social development within the neighborhood. Key Highlights: 1. Training in social education or social work Improving coexistence and social development in the neighborhood by intervening in neighborhood communities and public spaces to foster a better climate and quality of life. Tasks and Responsibilities \- Supporting the organization and management of neighborhood communities. \- Managing conflicts and improving coexistence within neighborhood communities. \- Facilitating working groups. \- Conducting periodic visits and follow-up interviews with neighborhood communities and service users. \- Accompanying and advising neighborhood communities on coexistence and neighborhood management. \- Identifying vulnerability-related needs within neighborhood communities. \- Coordinating and monitoring collaboration with various involved stakeholders. \- Preparing a diagnostic assessment and action proposal at the start of the service. \- Delivering workshops and training sessions for residents. \- Conducting neighborhood mediations within communities. \- Evaluating completed tasks. \- Coordination meetings. \- Preparing reports. * Minimum 3 years of experience: ‒ Professional experience in mediation and conflict management. ‒ Professional experience in community intervention. * Bachelor's degree: ‒ Social Education * Bachelor's degree: ‒ Social Work * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: ‒ Additional training in mediation and/or community intervention exceeding 1,500 hours. ‒ Fluent command of both Catalan and Spanish, spoken and written. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: ‒ Weekly working hours: 38 hours ‒ Working days: Monday to Friday ‒ Remuneration according to: Group II.
