Position Summary: EDUVIC SCCL seeks social work professionals to provide comprehensive and individualized support to young people who have aged out of foster care, promoting their autonomy and social and labor integration. Participation in projects with real social impact EDUVIC SCCL is opening a recruitment call to hire a social work professional (Social Educator, Social Worker, Psychologist, Sociologist, Criminologist) on a full-time basis with flexible hours for its Labor Insertion Service aimed at young people who have aged out of foster care. Addressing the needs of young people. Providing comprehensive and individualized support to facilitate full emancipation and autonomy. Participating in team meetings. Supporting young people in education, labor insertion, sociocultural activities, and their journey toward personal autonomy. * Minimum 1 year of experience. At least one year of prior experience in a similar role. * Social Education * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Socio-educational and support competence — Ability to design and implement individual and group educational processes that promote youth autonomy and social and labor integration. Intercultural communication and empathy — Ability to build trusting relationships with young people from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating sensitivity and respect for differences. Management and organization — Teamwork and professional coordination — Competence to collaborate with other educators, psychologists, social workers, and external stakeholders, actively participating in meetings and decision-making processes. Conflict resolution and emotional management — Ability to handle complex or crisis situations calmly, assertively, and mediatively, promoting coexistence and positive youth development. * Vehicle availability: private car * Willingness to travel * Driver's license: B\+E * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1857 * Additional relevant information: 38-hour weekly schedule.
