We are opening a selection process to hire a Social Integration Support Worker for the Case Coordinator, under Lots 3 and 4 of the NAUSICA Programme, with temporary coverage at the La Bunyola Temporary Accommodation Service in El Prat de Llobregat. The selected candidate will support socioeducational interventions, family accompaniment, and the facilitation of group and community-based activities. **EDUCATION:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Social Integration. * Experience in residential services, socioeducational accompaniment, family support, and/or residential inclusion programmes will be valued. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the Case Coordinator in implementing the Individual Care Plan or Family Care Plan. * Assist in welcoming and establishing initial contact with the individual or family unit. * Promote appropriate use, care, and maintenance of housing as a meaningful learning experience for families. * Support residential exit options, housing search, and housing registry. * Contribute to socioeducational support, provide accompaniment, and promote participation in group and community activities. * Support the team in situations of conflict or cohabitation difficulties. * Identify resources appropriate to users’ needs, under the supervision of the Case Coordinator. * Coordinate with public services and other social entities, following the Case Coordinator’s instructions. * Support children and youth in educational processes and participation in leisure activities. * Coordinate interpretation or translation services when necessary. * Provide temporary coverage for holidays, leave, or operational needs of the La Bunyola Temporary Accommodation Service. * Facilitate group activities and support family welcome upon entry into the service. * Inform families about their rights, responsibilities, and service operating rules. * Promote cohabitation and cohesion through inter-family activities and workshops. * Support families in organizing maintenance, care, and cleaning tasks. * Prepare follow-up logs, monthly reports, indicator grids, and other required monitoring documentation. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Ability to anticipate users’ needs. * Teamwork and coordination with diverse professionals. * Work organization and planning. * Communication skills and active listening. * Capacity to identify social needs and formulate alternative support responses. * Autonomy in the workplace and ability to apply procedures. * Emotional management in stressful situations. * Proficiency in office software, especially Word and Excel. * Punctuality and professional responsibility. **CONDITIONS:** * Working hours: 38 hours per week. * Schedule: Full-time, including two long afternoon shifts and three short shifts, with adaptation and flexibility according to programme requirements. * Temporary coverage for the La Bunyola Temporary Accommodation Service, potentially including weekends and public holidays depending on service needs. * Collective agreement: Acció Social de Catalunya (Social Action of Catalonia). * Professional category: Social Integration Worker / Qualified CFGS Staff / Housing-Based Educational Support Staff, according to internal classification and applicable collective agreement. * Salary: €23,100.28 gross per year. * Workplace: Barcelona office and La Bunyola Temporary Accommodation Service, El Prat de Llobregat. * Expected start date: 21 May 2026. * Contract duration: To be determined. * Contract type: Programme-linked contract, with possible working-hour adjustments based on staffing ratios and service needs.
