Job Summary:
We are seeking a Social Integrator to assist residents, plan workshops, and collaborate in supervision and follow-up, developing individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive assistance to residents for personal well-being and group interaction.
2. Planning and scheduling of workshops and activities for residents.
3. Interdisciplinary collaboration in the supervision and follow-up of users.
**Minimum Requirements:**

Higher vocational training in Social Integration.
Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position.
Specific training in mental health.
Specialization in the socio-healthcare field.
Experience working with Elderly People and/or Mental Illness.
Strong capacity for learning.
Persuasive and influential.

Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents according to their capacities, skills, abilities, and preferences, to support their personal well-being and facilitate group interaction.
* Planning and scheduling various workshops for residents within the established activity program.
* Participating in the user supervision and follow-up committee regarding residents’ and day center users’ care needs and daily living requirements; this will be carried out collaboratively with the physician, director, social worker, and other professionals, taking into account users’ physical conditions, objectives to be achieved, and the center’s characteristics.
* Developing an individualized care plan, including goals, activities, and outcome monitoring.
* Collaborating in staff training programs at the Residence, promoting quality-of-life aspects alongside care-related aspects.
