**Social Integration Worker (human trafficking)**
Social intervention and accompaniment are provided at a residential facility for women survivors of human trafficking or exploitation, as well as for their minor children. The objective is to support their recovery and autonomy in daily life.
Main responsibilities include preparing for and welcoming beneficiaries and their minor children, distributing hygiene supplies, and providing orientation and accompaniment to women in situations of vulnerability or at risk of social exclusion. A needs assessment is jointly conducted with the educator and social worker; support is provided in managing daily routines, medical or administrative procedures, and group workshops are organized to develop personal and social skills.
Individual support pathways are monitored in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; conflict resolution, planning of leisure activities, supervision of eating and hygiene habits, and documentation of interventions are carried out. Support is also provided in job and housing searches, and participation takes place in coordination meetings and training sessions.
**Type of contract:** Training and apprenticeship.
**Salary:** €12,000 – €18,000 gross per year.
