Responsibilities include accompanying individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental illness in their daily lives, working within the community. Support will be provided throughout the autonomy process, and an individualized care plan will be developed for each person served. A temporary contract is offered at 50% workload (afternoon schedule, with occasional morning shifts to be confirmed during the interview).
