Job Summary: AFANIAS seeks a Social Integration Technician to empower women with intellectual disabilities, fostering autonomy, social inclusion, and personal development. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking to hire a Social Integration Technician for our Independent Living Service—a resource committed to empowerment, social and labor inclusion, and strengthening the autonomy of women with intellectual disabilities. What will be your mission? Accompany participating women throughout their social and labor inclusion process, promoting their autonomy, community participation, and personal development through individualized supports that foster independent and fulfilling lives. What will you do on a daily basis? * Accompany and support women in overcoming barriers and difficulties they may encounter in their personal, social, and labor development, enhancing their well-being and progress. * Promote decision-making, self-determination, and active participation, encouraging their presence and contribution within the community. * Guide and accompany women in job searching, facilitating employment integration pathways and coordinating actions with external specialized resources. * Identify needs and design personalized supports, selecting the most appropriate support measures for each woman and continuously monitoring her progress. * Support social integration and labor stability processes, performing mediation, individualized accompaniment, and follow-up tasks. * Design and implement training activities aimed at strengthening personal, social, and labor competencies to facilitate inclusion and participation. * Promote the development of socio-labor skills, reinforcing autonomy, responsibility, and independence across various areas of daily life. * Identify possible situations of vulnerability or deterioration, intervening early and coordinately to minimize impact and promote participants’ well-being. * Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, contributing to the design and implementation of individual and group programs and supports. * Safeguard the rights, dignity, and well-being of service users, reporting any situation that could compromise their integrity or violate AFANIAS’s ethical values. At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, active support, cognitive accessibility, and new technologies. Customer-oriented and service-minded individual, with person-centered planning skills, ability to work collaboratively in teams, and strong organizational capacity. Positive and constructive attitude. High work capacity, demonstrating proactivity and autonomy. Social sensitivity and interest in social causes—especially regarding intellectual disability. Driver’s license B1 (desirable). Availability to work mornings and afternoons, depending on the needs of the supervised residences. Minimum one year of experience in services supporting women with intellectual disabilities and/or victims of gender-based violence. Specific training in gender-based violence (minimum 100 hours) and intellectual disability (minimum 100 hours), or experience delivering such training. Temporary contract, covering a substitution. Working hours adjusted to service needs. Immediate incorporation. Salary according to collective agreement.
