Driver's license. **Job Position:** ---------------------- The person appointed to the social educator position will perform the following functions: * Educational intervention and comprehensive support during the transition to independent living for service users, as well as their inclusion in the surrounding community. Involving the young person in their own educational process. * Individual follow-up of service users through the development of Work Plans and Follow-ups. * Providing tutorial and guidance support to the young person or adolescent. * Accompanying the young person or adolescent in required administrative procedures and travel. * Implementing and reviewing the Service's Educational Project. * Coordination with technical staff from the competent administration. Characteristics of the job position: * Responsibility for educational, community-based, and family-intervention activities with adolescents and young people. * Responsibility for ensuring proper functioning of the service.
