Job Summary:
We are seeking a Social Educator to organize and manage socioeducational projects, carry out community intervention, and coordinate teams, with experience in the sector.

University degree in Social Education and at least one year of experience in similar positions. Intermediate office software proficiency and training in occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management are valued.
Responsibilities include organizing and managing socioeducational projects, conducting community intervention, incorporating available social and material resources, evaluating programs and intervention strategies, and managing processes of community participation and action. The role also entails implementing occupational risk prevention (PRL), quality, and environmental procedures, as well as coordinating the staff assigned to work centers.
Full-time position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The contract is temporary.
