Since 1984, it has dedicated its work to leisure-time education for local children and youth, progressively incorporating additional educational and social projects targeting children, youth, and families. A vacancy is open to join the organization’s professional team, specifically the SADI/Open Centre team. * Job Definition: LaFlorida Association implements the SADI/Open Centre Project in the neighborhood of La Florida/Les Planes in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. This service supports 60 children/youth and their families, and is staffed by 6 professionals. This comprehensive support is coordinated with local social services, and its main objective is to position the family as the basic social unit responsible for protecting and promoting the development of its members, with potential for improvement and change. **Profile:** Qualification: Social Educator Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses. Valued positively: Additional qualifications related to childhood and/or family intervention. Experience in Open Centres. Experience working with families. Proficiency in other languages. * Tasks and Responsibilities Socio-educational support for children and families at social risk: needs analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation of improvement plans; drafting, monitoring, and evaluating social reports and work plans. Designing, supervising, and evaluating educational programming and activities based on established objectives. Strengthening the bond between parents\-legal guardians and children; supporting positive parenting. Identifying and preventing situations of social risk and exclusion affecting children and families. **Social Action Agreement** **30h/**week gross salary of **1\.686,18 per 12 payments.
