Description

As a **Civil Works Site Manager**, you will be a key figure in the daily organization and management of construction sites, coordinating work teams and ensuring that execution proceeds in accordance with planning, quality standards, and safety regulations. Main responsibilities * Supervise and control the proper execution of on-site work. * Organize and coordinate work teams, machinery, and subcontracted companies. * Participate in on-site work execution when project requirements demand it. * Interpret drawings, carry out setting-out surveys, and manage technical documentation for the project. * Coordinate work with the site manager to ensure compliance with scheduling, deadlines, and quality requirements. * Manage procurement and control of materials and supplies. * Participate in site visits and safety and quality inspections. * Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention measures. * Resolve daily site incidents and propose technical solutions. Requirements * Proven experience as a Civil Works or Urban Development Site Manager. * Ability to manage work teams and coordinate subcontractors. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and setting-out surveys. * Valid driving license category B. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention will be valued.
