You will be a key element in guaranteeing operational continuity and optimal facility conditions. In addition to technical and logistical responsibilities, your role will also involve hands-on tasks and collaboration, adding daily value to operations. **Your main responsibilities:** * Clean and maintain outdoor areas, ensuring pathways and grounds remain safe and suitable. * Care for green zones and plots: tilling, pruning, watering, fertilizing, replacing plants and shrubs, pest control, and maintaining landscape health and appearance. * Properly manage generated waste (e.g., plant residues, phytosanitary product containers). * Accompany and supervise work carried out by external companies. * Manage warehouses and storage areas: maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene conditions, as well as monitor material and tool inflows and outflows. * Safeguard, organize, and maintain products, tools, and machinery in good condition, keeping equipment and material inventories up to date. * Perform any other complementary tasks assigned by property management or included in the Maintenance Plan. * Access control and movement supervision: register and monitor entries and exits of people, vehicles, and materials within the site, ensuring compliance with established safety regulations. * Classify and zone materials by area (maintenance, electricity, plumbing, construction, masonry, and gardening). * Manage storage and inventory: maintain order in the warehouse, conduct periodic inventory checks and updates, and report any incidents or replenishment needs. * Operate and perform basic maintenance on loading machinery such as forklifts, ensuring safe and efficient use. * Carry out general maintenance tasks for facilities, infrastructure, and equipment, coordinating with external suppliers or service providers. * Care for and maintain the nursery area: ensure irrigation, cleaning, and conservation of landscaped or cultivated zones, supervising plant and material conditions. * Supervise the general condition of the surroundings: pathways, fencing, signage, and lighting—proposing improvements and reporting any issues to the Maintenance Manager. * Collaborate on logistics tasks, space organization, waste management, and recycling. **What we offer:** * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Full-time * Schedule distribution: Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive and rotating days off. * Shift schedule: Intensive, rotating morning and afternoon shifts according to departmental planning. * Gross annual salary: €20.600–€21.600 in 14 payments, prorated based on hours worked. * Position: Site Management Operator (Professional Group: Laborer Level VII) * Benefits package: Comprehensive health coverage (starting from the first year), free telemedicine and legal consultation services, flexible compensation and on-demand salary, discounted buffet, open-house days, and much more. * Professional training and development opportunities **To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Experience in warehouse management, maintenance, gardening, or a similar role. * Valid driver’s license category B. * Forklift operator certification.
