We are a social development organization that protects the rights and dignity of every person in a situation of vulnerability, accompanying them on their journey, step by step.
With over 35 years of experience in social action work in Spain, we have developed comprehensive and effective solutions to respond promptly to complex realities.
We are currently seeking Shift Managers for Ceuta.
Main responsibilities will be as follows:
* Coordination, planning, implementation, and monitoring of tasks and activities across various services.
* Supervision and monitoring of all procedures related to service management during the corresponding shift.
* Direct coordination with Service Liaisons to ensure team coordination and management, safeguarding the proper functioning of each service and inter-service coordination.
* Direct coordination and support to the responsible person(s) to guarantee achievement of objectives and proper implementation of each service.
* Participation in training activities, workshops, seminars, and networks.
* Support in monitoring, evaluation, and technical and financial justification of the program.
* Other tasks required by the program: accompaniments, conflict resolution with service users, support in drafting internal procedures, etc.
Offered:
Temporary contract until 31/12/2026\.
Position 1: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Morning shift.
Position 2: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Afternoon shift.
Position 3: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Night shift.
Position 4: Part-time, Weekends and public holidays, Morning\-Afternoon shift.
Position 5: Part-time, Weekends and public holidays, Night shift.
Salary: €29\.900 gross annual (full-time)
**Profile:**
Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (in Social Sciences).
Experience:
Previous specific experience in managing Reception and Emergency Centers.
Previous experience in managing and implementing reception and social care programs for vulnerable groups.
Experience in team coordination and management.
Experience in designing, planning, implementing, evaluating, managing, and justifying programs.
Languages:
Language proficiency: English, French, Arabic, others.
Computer skills:
Proficient and efficient use of Microsoft 365 environment\.
Use of web applications.
