Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Selection Technician to manage internal and external selection processes, from job definition to candidate presentation. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth in a diverse environment Currently, we need to hire a **Senior Selection Technician for our central offices in Madrid (****Av. de Castilla, 2, San Fernando de Henares****).** The selected candidate will fully handle both external recruitment and internal promotion processes for the company. **Main responsibilities include:** * Defining and describing job positions. * Publishing job offers on various employment portals. * Resume screening. * Scheduling interviews. * Conducting face-to-face and video-conference interviews. * Presenting candidates and submitting reports to hiring managers. * Communicating with candidates throughout the entire selection process. * Registering candidate profiles and managing the internal recruitment platform. * Managing and developing projects related to the selection department. **What We Offer:** * Temporary contract covering maternity leave. * Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–15:00. * Salary: €1,965 gross per month + 2 extra payments (Christmas and summer). * Summer intensive schedule: From June 15 to September 15. * Location: San Fernando de Henares, and occasionally at Avenida Manoteras 18 (Hortaleza). **Key Skills and Experience:** * University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Sociology, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, including technical or managerial roles, competency-based interviews, and ATS tool usage. * Additional qualifications are valued, such as: + Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. + Specialized courses in competency-based selection, structured interviews, employer branding, etc. **A Bit More About Us:** Tunstall is a leading provider in the healthcare and assistive technology market.
