The candidate will be responsible for actively participating in identifying training needs together with various corporate and business areas, ensuring that training plans align with strategic objectives. This includes coordinating and supporting the implementation of technical, regulatory, and cross-functional training plans, adapting to the specific requirements of a regulated industry. Additionally, comprehensive tracking of mandatory training will be conducted to ensure timely compliance and correct employee participation, maintaining accurate records of all training activities. Another key responsibility is the operational coordination of training activities—both in-person and virtual. This covers everything from initial planning and scheduling to follow-up and final evaluation of training initiatives. Relationships with external training providers and internal departments involved will be managed to ensure smooth logistics and effective communication. Concurrently, all information related to training activities must be kept up to date in corporate tools and platforms—including Learning Management Systems (LMS)—to guarantee data accessibility and traceability. The role also involves preparing reports and monitoring training KPIs, developing presentations for various internal departments to measure program effectiveness. The candidate will collaborate on continuous improvement processes, audits, and procedural follow-ups related to the training function, contributing to the optimization of existing processes. A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile is required, capable of handling high workloads and interacting effectively with diverse internal stakeholders. Prior experience in regulated sectors—such as insurance or banking—and advanced proficiency in office productivity tools are essential for success in this role. The contract is permanent and full-time. University degree in HR, Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related field. Prior experience in corporate training. Experience in regulated sectors (insurance or banking). Experience coordinating training initiatives and managing training operations. Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage large workloads. Experience working with various internal stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
