A solution-oriented person with sound judgment, capable of translating ideas into technical solutions aligned with our product philosophy. ### **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** Prepare architectural definition drawings for the project using tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. Ensure technical documentation compliance at each project phase. Develop the project in accordance with the company-defined product standards. Monitor estimated costs associated with design and construction solutions. Ensure compliance with urban planning regulations, the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), and applicable regional regulations. Lead the architectural vision of the project before external teams during the basic project development phase. Integrate all key technical aspects into the design (structure, installations, construction thicknesses, etc.). ### **Requirements:** Degree in Architecture. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within the residential sector. Proficiency in design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit). Up-to-date knowledge of urban and technical regulations. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and holistic vision.
