Ametller Origen is a company in full expansion phase where you’ll have the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and collaborate closely with the team. **What will be your mission at Ametller Origen?** Ensure coordination and operation of the section to guarantee supply, commercial implementation, and customer and team satisfaction, as well as achievement of objectives. **How will you do it?** * You will be a role model for your team: You’ll mentor and monitor your team to ensure their training and growth. * You’ll collaborate on supply management and ensure the product flow through to sale. * You’ll implement commercial actions for your section to guarantee achievement of objectives. You’ll support your supervisor in planning, team management, KPI tracking, and resolution of store incidents and needs. * **What will make you succeed?** * Enthusiasm, motivation, and strong communication skills — these will enable you to motivate your team, bring out the best in each person, and position yourself as a leader. * Prior experience managing teams. * Your operational experience and vision in managing a section. Analytical ability and holistic perspective to ensure commercial actions, resolve conflicts, and identify priorities at any given moment. * **What will the selection process be like?** In the first stage, you’ll have an interview with a recruitment specialist who will explain the project, responsibilities, and conditions we can offer. In the second stage, you’ll meet with the regional manager and/or regional head to assess your technical expertise.
