SAT Process Controller

At this time, as a recruitment consultant, we are seeking a **SAT Process Controller** for our client to join their team in San Javier (Murcia), in an on-site capacity. This is a key position within the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) department, focused on analyzing, monitoring, and improving operational processes. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze the daily operations of the SAT department. * Monitor response and resolution times for incidents. * Track incidents (open, closed, pending, and recurring). * Identify inefficiencies, delays, or redundancies in processes. * Prepare periodic reports and dashboards. * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Propose improvements to optimize service delivery time and quality. * Supervise compliance with established procedures. * Coordinate with technicians, managers, and other departments. **REQUIREMENTS** **Mandatory** * Degree in Administration, Engineering, Systems, Electronics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Analytics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in process control, operations, SAT, technical support, quality, auditing, or data analysis. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Strong analytical ability and experience preparing reports. * Excellent organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly. **Desirable** * Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query. * Experience with ticketing systems, ERP, CRM, or incident management tools. * Prior experience in technical or technical assistance environments. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract and stable project. * Full-time, on-site position. * Salary commensurate with experience and skills offered, approximately €22,000 gross per annum. * A role with direct impact on improving and enhancing the efficiency of the SAT department. * Opportunity to join an established, dynamic, and growing company with a collaborative environment.
