Career plan and professional development At Estel Ingeniería y Obras, specialists in integrated installations for high-end hotel and residential projects, we seek to hire an SAT Manager who ensures flawless preventive and corrective maintenance services in the HVAC and plumbing areas. What will your responsibilities be? * Coordination and supervision of HVAC SAT technicians * Organization of work, planning of interventions, and incident tracking * Technical support on-site and during maintenance activities when required * Preparation of maintenance and corrective repair budgets * Management and control of materials and orders * Monitoring of attendance records, productivity, and team performance * Direct communication with clients and resolution of incidents * Supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations on site What do we require from you? Job Requirements: * Must reside in Mallorca * Valid occupational health and safety certification (PRL) (desirable) * RITE certification (desirable) * Experience managing teams. What do we offer?
