To sustain continuous growth, we are seeking to hire Sales Development Representatives for our Barcelona sales team. **What would your day-to-day look like as a Sales Development Representative?** * Conduct prospecting and make initial telephone contact with potential clients (B2B, companies) * Schedule commercial meetings for Business Developers **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * Academic qualification at vocational or university level * Prior customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, reception, call center, administration, or similar) * Strong communication skills * Enthusiasm and motivation for continuous learning We will provide everything necessary for your professional development! **What do we offer as your future employer?** * Permanent contract and career development plan within a rapidly growing and expanding market-leading company * €20,000 gross annual base salary + unlimited commissions * Full-time schedule with flexible start and end times: Monday–Thursday, 8:30–9:30 AM to 6:00–7:00 PM, with 1 hour for lunch; Fridays, intensive schedule from 8:00–8:30 AM to 3:00–3:30 PM * Intensive working hours during August * Social benefits including private health insurance and flexible compensation for meals * Unlimited free fruit, coffee, and herbal teas in the office * A paid day off on your birthday Candidates with recognized disability status or official disability certification (≥33%) will be given priority consideration.
