What will you do on a daily basis? Customer service and advisory support * Greet each customer with a smile and a friendly attitude. * Listen to their needs and recommend the most suitable items based on age, interests, and budget. * Resolve questions and issues politely and effectively. * Create memorable experiences that encourage our customers to return. Sales and store activation * Actively contribute to achieving sales targets. * Naturally recommend complementary products and new arrivals. * Stay up to date on product launches, campaigns, and industry trends. * Collaborate on promotions and commercial activities. Store organization and management * Keep the store tidy, attractive, and ready to amaze. * Restock products and ensure proper item presentation. * Receive merchandise and assist with inventory counts and stock control. * Identify restocking needs or product-related issues.
