As our Rooms Operations Management Trainee in Barcelona, you'll jump straight onto the floor and help steer the heartbeat of one of our biggest hubs. You'll switch between keeping Front Office humming smoothly and mastering the behind\-the\-scenes magic of Housekeeping. Working right alongside our team leads, you will pick up real operational skills, solve live daily challenges, and learn what actually makes a world\-class hybrid hub tick. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and UK with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. **What You'll Do:** * Run smooth daily operations across Front Office and Housekeeping departments. * Welcome guests, handle check\-ins and check\-outs, and tackle daily operational puzzle\-solving. * Spot room upselling opportunities to help drive real hub revenue. * Inspect room quality and keep inventory moving so guests always step into pristine spaces. * Partner with Maintenance, Food \& Beverage, and Events teams to keep the whole hub connected. * Dive into workforce scheduling, track guest satisfaction metrics, and run shift briefings. * Take direct charge of hands\-on projects that make daily work smarter and guest stays better **Who You Are:** * You're a student! You're currently enrolled in an EU school. * You're involved in Facility management or Hotel management (3rd year or above) * You're enthusiastic about hospitality; previous experience is required * You bring availability for at least 8 to 12 months in Barcelona * You're intrigued by teamwork \& motivated to leading a team yourself * You have an eye for detail * You're organized \& can handle stressful situations like a pro! * You're fluent in English and Spanish. Know other languages?
