Currently, we are seeking 1 Shift Manager for Weekends – Las Raíces First Arrival Center. Main responsibilities: * Coordinate the full operation of the facility during the shift according to instructions from Program Managers. * Supervise and coordinate social integration, logistics, healthcare, social work, transfers, and data services. * Communicate instructions, procedures, and protocols. * Ensure adherence to procedures, instructions, and guidelines during the shift to guarantee continuous and coordinated work across shifts. * Observe group dynamics and plan strategies based on specific objectives (e.g., conflict management, improving communication...). * Organize and conduct meetings as directed by Program Managers. * Attend meetings with Program Managers. * Monitor specific cases (vulnerabilities, referrals, family reunifications...) following guidance from service coordinators. * Inform Program Managers about the implementation level of protocols and procedures, as well as report any incidents. * Communicate with other organizations on matters related to the intervention area. * Perform other tasks assigned by Program Managers. Offer includes: * Temporary contract until 03/31/2026 * Full-time schedule: Friday from 08:00 to 15:30h, Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00h, and Monday from 09:00 to 15:00h. **Profile:** * Previous specific experience managing programs providing assistance and intervention for immigrants, asylum seekers, and beneficiaries of international protection. * Prior experience in team coordination, conflict resolution, and personnel management. * In-depth knowledge of immigration and international protection regulations. * Experience in designing, planning, implementing, evaluating, managing, and reporting on programs. * Ability to motivate and work in a team. * Skills in mediation and conflict resolution. * Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training activities. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Stress tolerance. * Empathy. * Mediation skills. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel. * Knowledge of languages: English and/or French and/or others. **Competencies:** Initiative and autonomy, Optimism and enthusiasm, Flexibility, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Diplomacy and professionalism **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Up to 6 months **Salary:** Between 30\.000 and 36\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education Level:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 10/30/2025 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
