We are seeking a Shift or Section Supervisor to lead daily operations in food establishments located in the Vallès Oriental and Vallès Occidental regions. The main mission will be to coordinate the team, organize tasks, and ensure compliance with established processes and objectives, serving as the day-to-day reference in areas such as checkout counters, restocking, and fresh produce. Responsibilities include team management, resource planning, performance indicator monitoring, and decision-making to improve the sales point’s commercial results. The ability to foster a positive work environment and promote the professional development of team members is also highly valued. A permanent contract from day one is offered, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and rotating shifts that may include weekends. Previous experience leading teams in high-paced environments, availability to work rotating shifts, and a valid driver’s license with personal vehicle are required. Additionally, a high level of Catalan proficiency and flexibility to travel across the Vallès region—prioritizing proximity to the candidate’s residence—are essential.
