**Funcotex**, a leading company in the textile/industrial sector, is seeking a **Logistics Manager** focused on transportation procurement management, freight rate negotiation, and optimization of cargo flows for domestic and international markets. The primary mission is to optimize logistics costs and enhance distribution efficiency. Key Responsibilities * **Rate and Price Negotiation:** Qualification of transportation providers; negotiation of contracts, rates, and terms with logistics agencies and freight forwarders. * **Cargo Optimization:** Strategic planning and cargo stowage to maximize truck and container utilization, thereby reducing cost per unit transported. * **Traffic Management and Incident Handling:** Oversight of transportation flows (raw material inbound and finished product outbound), ensuring on-time delivery and resolving in-transit incidents. * **Audit and Cost Control:** Monitoring of logistics invoicing, analysis of budget variances, and development of freight cost-saving strategies. * **Plant Coordination:** Direct liaison with shipping and administrative teams to ensure accurate daily load planning. Minimum Requirements * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Transport and Logistics or International Trade, or University Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) / Organizational Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in traffic management, transportation procurement, or logistics contracting roles within industrial environments or freight forwarding agencies. * **Technical Competencies:** Proven experience in negotiating logistics contracts, cost analysis, and cargo stowage optimization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. * **Skills:** High-level analytical ability, strategic vision, strong negotiation profile, and high frustration tolerance when resolving commercial incidents. * Knowledge of Logistics Management, Transportation Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Export and Import Work Location: On-site position
