Today, we operate with headquarters in Málaga and two production centers — Puente Genil and Navarrés — supplying large-scale distribution with end-to-end solutions, from raw materials to ready-to-enjoy finished products. **Job Description** -------------------------- Our Group continues to grow, and we are seeking an **R&D Manager** to lead corporate-level innovation, product development, and industrialization strategies. We seek a technically minded individual with leadership ability and a results-driven mindset — someone who enjoys transforming ideas into successful products and collaborating closely with Production, Quality, Operations, and Sales teams. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Lead R&D projects from initial concept through to industrial launch. * Develop, validate, and industrialize new products and formulations. * Coordinate laboratory, pilot, and industrial trials. * Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and innovation opportunities. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and enhancement of existing products. * Provide technical support to production plants and actively participate in factory trials and validations. * Monitor product quality and stability throughout manufacturing. * Coordinate and develop the R&D team. * Manage KPIs, timelines, and progress tracking for innovation projects. **Requirements** -------------- * University degree in Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, or related fields. * English proficiency at B2 level. * Strong organizational, planning, and project leadership skills. ### **We Especially Value** * Prior experience in R&D, Quality, or Product Development departments within the food industry. * Postgraduate education or master’s degree related to innovation and R&D&I. * SAP knowledge. * Experience in food industrial processes. **What We Offer** ---------------- * A stable position within an expanding business group. * Direct involvement in strategic innovation decisions. * Continuous training and cross-plant learning opportunities. * A dynamic, collaborative, and continuously improving work environment.
