We are currently seeking two Center Managers for the Las Raíces First Reception Center (San Cristóbal de la Laguna, Tenerife). Key responsibilities include: * Supporting coordination, planning, implementation, and monitoring of center activities. * Team coordination and management. * Supporting program monitoring, evaluation, and technical and financial justification. * Assisting in preparing reports, materials, and documentation. * Providing guidance, advisory support, and technical and methodological assistance to the reception team; monitoring and supervising user care. * Managing, monitoring, and reporting accommodation placements via computer applications. * Organizing and participating in coordination and program follow-up meetings. * Internal coordination with other center services. * Participating in training activities, workshops, seminars, and networks. * Performing other tasks as required by the program. Offer includes: * 1 full-time sick-leave replacement contract for the afternoon shift (15:00–22:30). * 1 full-time sick-leave replacement contract for the night shift (23:00–06:30). **Profile:** * Prior experience managing and implementing programs supporting migrants, asylum seekers, and beneficiaries of international protection. * Experience in team coordination and management. * Experience in program design, planning, implementation, evaluation, management, and technical and financial justification. * Ability to motivate and collaborate effectively within a team. * Skills in mediation and conflict resolution. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in oral and written communication. * Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel. * Knowledge of foreign language(s): English and/or French and/or others. **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Middle management **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Not specified **Salary:** Between €30,000 and €36,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 12/08/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
